1. Global leaders should replicate the same experience to cement treaties with each other that never breaks. If Ahab had the belief that marital treaty with a king means feminizing his dynasty to the husbandry of Jehoshaphat, he would have rejected the marriage proposal and the treaty nullified.

Averting a third world war in this modern time that looks to be brewing judging by the beliefs and sinister schemes that are perpetrated in the polity, would determine the world’s future. A third world war will finally close the cotton or strip the sphere of its fading garment. Leadership marital treaty like that of Jehoshaphat and Ahab would bridge differences and douse political tensions in-between especially among nuclear powers without oppressing weaker ones.

2. Non-isolation and sanctioning of a military nuclear nation In this era of scientific frontiers and technological breakthroughs as a result of advancement and increase in knowledge befitting to both good and evil minded, some powerful nations have proliferated weapons of mass destruction. Take for instance in some countries, all operators of a particular business usually have union under which they speak with one voice and resolve their plights. In the same vein, countries that have nuclear weapons must have an understanding union, not only that, they must resolve issues within themselves diplomatically such that it doesn’t bring about disagreement and sanctions.

Sanctioning a nuclear power exposed to other political and economic oppositions is definitely a nightmare to this generation. The sanctioning powers must also ensure that they are free from oppressing weaker powers, bribing and aiding rebels to distract other governments. Only on this ground can sanctions be seen as truly genuine especially where a nightmare and a scaring lion like military nuclear is subject. Provocation may occur that would push the leadership of such victim of sanction to adopt military nuclear to curb what may seem as an oppression to them, thereby setting two or more lions to a fight in a muddy or sandy environment that would reveal several footprint signaling the attention of other lions nearby. Isolating a nuclear power is a wrong security strategy and danger opposite to diplomatic treaties and crises resolutions. A one voice of nuclear powers without schemes of self interest is a one voice of the Utrecht solution. The nuclear non-proliferation treaty that has existed among member powers can only be maintained by a complete house without aggrieved isolation. Disallowing unauthorized societies without law and order, human right value, regional peace, widening employment space, non-oppression of weaker nations and visible economic development or positive economic indices as safe temple to operate military and civil nuclear or put a total ban on it.

3. Respect Existing Treaties As earlier enumerated regarding the essence of respecting treaties, it is good to note that treaties are not just documents of agreement but an action that must be in the minds of both parties in the treaty. As the principles of engineering lives in an engineer, principles of law or medicine lives in a lawyer or doctor so should treaty live in both party. The bible is a book of treaty between a Christian and Christ, Qur’an a treaty between a Muslim and Mohammed. As religion dwells in the heart of its believers so should treaty be in the minds of those responsible. It is when articles of the treaty are fresh in the minds of both parties that respect will be rekindled on the existing treaty without forgetting anything.

A society where treaty is respected is a society where peace is cherished and progress made possible. If the first relationship was destroyed by a broken treaty, definitely the disrespect of a treaty would certainly be seen as another cause of a major disaster that may end the history of this dispensation as it was before Noah. What ends the first relationship can equally end the last times. Treaty is everything we do in life. You can only get along with a friend and brother if you are both in good terms. Being in good terms means being in good treaty with each other or respecting each other’s interest. Disagreement is a state without treaty or relationship, under such conditions there are no uses or services to each other. Life without a treaty is a stalemate. When you sit with a friend to have a drink for instance, or chart, you are simply servicing the treaty or relationship that exists between both. Respecting treaty simply means to love and be law-abiding. This is why without doubt, love is regarded as the centre of the scripture and as well the greatest because it covers and services all areas of man’s life.

4. Adjusting or fine-tuning the believe system to align with purpose.

As earlier said, anything raised to the power one is unproductive. This means that figure 1 has a defect just as the first man had a defect; the defect is that it is unproductive. Anything unproductive is useless, null and void. The kind of believe that exist in peoples and faiths must be seen beyond documents, doctrines and precepts. Food is not a law; there are no laws that ask one to eat or drink, but food is a necessity that helps one to have the strength to obey and follow the right path of the law or even exist. Eating and drinking as examples of necessity should be respected as a treaty is also respected because they form part of the purpose that helps in the servicing or respecting of a treaty. A government may not have absolute legitimate prerogative to use force on criminals if they are not doing the necessary things like standardizing institutes, infrastructures and industries, job creation, health and food security and others to engage the populace and remove their minds from criminal inclination.

Extremism of anything in life is being in a state of trouble or without control. Religion is an example of this. Religion holistically, is able to solve any problem if actions are followed without compromise, but the extreme side of it, is itself an outside of the treaty equal to disobedience. Extremism drives people to go against what they profess and confess as their faith or believes, subjecting themselves to a level beyond elastic limit and risk the consequences thereafter. No normal human being would detonate a crowd of people to the rubble and grave without haven lost it to concoctions, drugs, powers and the yeast of hate preaches encouraging people to go the way of adventures to proclaim that they represent the goad of the foreskin. If God give his power to a servant genuinely as He wishes, such power cannot be fully utilized if the weak are not carried along or preferred to the strong. Gideon was told by God to reduce his armed men from ten thousand to a mere three hundred against an opposition Philistines whose men were regarded as much as the grain of sand on the sea shore.

Through this, God communicated that He is God of the weak, because His strength is made perfect and relevant in weakness. Studies have shown that most of the oldest and popular prestigious institutes in Europe and other parts were established and nurtured by the Church. An evidence of this is Saint Thomas Aquinas, the first to be reckoned with in the field of physics as a historic founding father. The versatility of the Roman Catholic Church is the versatility of the wealth of experience gained for its many years of existence positive and negative.

The United Nations is stepping into the role this renowned global institution has played before to balance affairs involving all faith. In doing this, there must be a strong pivot and some form of neutrality in the governance of its affairs. The headquarter in New York, United States, reflects nothing but the prefix unity. For all member nations to enjoy equal interest as descendants of the three of the tree, it must strongly base its pivot without wavering, in other to be able to manage crisis, balance the looming global uprising and promote inter-nationalism for equal progress with sound understanding and administration.

United States on the other side, is able to house the global organization because of its democratic immigration laws that permits residenship if conditions are met. Enabling people of all backgrounds to study, visit, live, work and relocate as wish. This immigration ground itself is a safe haven for sound CENTRAL political administration besides the game of politics played to resist pressures and remain top home and abroad. There is no way the politics of the United States as an independent state will not stain the administrative excellence and sound programs of the United Nations in its quest to foster global peace, unity and sustainable development.

At a point in the global uprising, terrorism and the Islamic awakening agenda in the Middle East, some countries concluded perception that the United Nations is a United States political tool of domination and interest. Certainly, this is not expected of an organization perceived as a neutral political Vatican saddled with the responsibility of playing the role of the middle pavilion in global politics, peace efforts and development mission.

But one thing must be done to strongly pivot the United Nations against the waves of global politics as a host, that is making New York a political Vatican for all interests, faiths and all country’s representative administrators with relevant treaties necessary for the understanding to empower the UN to act independently where necessary.

Take for instance, if there was no Islam and other faith, the Vatican would have been the UN. The founding of Islam and other faith inclinations altered the efficacy of the Vatican as a headquarter for central government and diplomatic balance on issues bordering the globe politically and developmentally. This is because the Vatican is the headquarter of the church spreading to other parts of the earth before the protesting brethren came on board and separated.

6. Adjusting immigration laws for nationalism and internationalism

Almost every nation, host embassies and diplomatic activities involving the influx of foreigners from various countries. Some travelers, tourists and those relocating for jobs, studies, shopping, styles and other purposes make their choices based on the immigration laws and opportunities available. Harsh immigration laws and maltreatment of foreigners in other countries of choice without mercy or brotherliness will certainly reduce the taste of people wanting to travel to such countries on the above reasons.

Immigration laws and activities must be fine-tuned to enable people travel to any country of choice for whatever reasons they have except crime or breakdown of rules and regulations. Measures that control influx of immigrants to certain countries for security or demographic reasons also have adverse economic effect. This is because from research, it was revealed that foreigners make better economic boost than indigenous citizens.

One example is the transport or aviation sector. What actually boost the transport sector earnings through the busy roots of airports, railways, shipping or marine plus others is due to the influx of foreigners moving and creating awareness for opportunities available in such countries. This awareness also promotes and boosts the economic image of such country diplomatically and economically.

Countries with more foreigners have better economies than those with few foreigners resident. An example is the Israel and Egypt of old. 7 Settling the US-Russia Rivalry United States and Russia are two great countries of the world with similar interest.

United State has the immigration power as a more neutral and mixed society of people from different parts of the globe. This is greatly supported by the wider coverage of the English language as a more populous language than the Slavic people’s. Russia on the other hand has great influence right from the Soviet Union as the world’s biggest country in land mass, and one of the world’s biggest military powers. Russia at a time supplies about 90% of the gas consumption in Europe plus oil riches signifying its endowments as a global power. And fortunately enjoys a good relationship and neighbourhood with the world’s most populated and second richest country, China.

But the issue that needs to be resolved between these two great countries is how to device a political strategy that can make both powers trade intelligence, economic relationship and a one-voice leadership role along with the UN on global peace. Russia is working towards a fine-tuned and re-united Slavic nation (Soviet Union) to maintain its greatness and influence on the global community while the US wants to retain its leading role as a single global power in the helm of affairs. These sometimes result to some political games trying to win the nations of the EU on their side to get the needed support, while pushing Russia to the Middle East to seek partnership. This resulted to Russia’s presence in the Middle East, with military treaties with Syria, Iran and others thereby leading to division and use of mercenaries in pursuant of global interests. Additionally, the US also adopt every possible advantage within its reach to punish and downsize Russia in their quest to maintain the top spot especially as they count down to host the two most prestigious global sporting event, Olympic games and the world cup, which may boost their influence the more, globally.

Ending the ever rivalry between Russia and the United States will be a landmark achievement towards ending global crisis. This is an assignment that both countries have to deal with, because they appear to be above what any global organization or powers can do, knowing that a possible war between both countries will shot the sphere’s fading garment with a no-victor or vanquish situation.

In the last UN summit of 70th anniversary in 2015, Russia accused the United States of undermining the war in Syria through the aiding of rebels to oppose Basha Al Assad’s regime, under a strong military treaty with Russia as a way of dethroning the leader for the influence of the US. US have sanctioned Russia about three to four times in connection with the war in Ukraine over the annexation of Crimea in Russia’s quest to unite the Slavic nations under its umbrella without minding the innocent Ukrainians that are been killed.

All these can only end through a purposeful treaty by both powers. Russia’s land mass is more advantageous to war because it has lesser people per square kilometers than the United States’. And the United States has more global influence than Russia. The solution is certainly a purposeful treaty that would balance interests from both sides and decentralize political powers with both playing a key role in global peace along with the EU and others. This would create an atmosphere of relationship involving labour division instead of interest division leading to more face-off between powers.
